TRADING ACCOUNT SETUP PROCEDURE - Part 2/2

Before you proceed with the setup of you account using the procedure below. Make sure:

  • You have completed the procedure - Part 1/2

  • You have provided proof of ID and proof of residence to IC Markets

  • Your account has been approved and you have received your MT4 live account details per email

Step 1: Log into your IC Markets personal dashboard with the login details provided to you in the email with subject "Secure Area Login Details" that was send to you when you registered with IC Markets. When you are logged in, click "DEPOSIT" on the dashboard, or click "Transfer" and "Deposit" in the top menu bar.

Step 2: Choose "Fund now by PayPal" or "Fund now by Safecharge 3D Secure Visa/Masercard". 
Both funding methods will be instant. We personally prefer the PayPal funding method. Very quick and easy.

Step 3: Go to your email and find the email from IC Markets with subject "MT4 Live Account Details" and open it. In the next steps you will need the Login, Password and Server name.

Step 4: Go to: https://trade.fxclusive.com and log in using your email-address and password that you filled out in part 1/2. Once you are logged in, in the left menu bar click "Configurator" and click "Accounts".

Step 5: Type your name in the field "Descriptive Name" but type "MC - " before your name. MC stands for Micro Challenge.

Step 6: Copy and paste or type in the Account number and Password that you were given by IC Markets (in the email with subject "MT4 Live Account Details"). Make sure to select MT4 as the account type.

Click on the drop-down menu next to "Broker Name" and select "IC Markets".

Step 7: After having selected "IC Markets", a new drop-down menu appears below. Select the ICMarketsSC-server that you have been assigned to (see your MT4 Live Account Details email for details).

Step 8: Click "Add Account"

Step 9: The account is now being connected. !! Please do not close this browser screen or do anything else on your computer whilst the account is installing This screen must stay open and visible! It can take up to 3 minutes for the process to complete !!

Step 10: When your account has been connected successfully, the following message should appear.
Note: if the account cannot be installed and an error message appears, please try again from step 8. Sometimes it takes two tries before the systems successfully connects.

IMPORTANT NOTE !! Please follow the steps outlined below as well, otherwise your account is not copying ours !!

Step 11: Now we need to connect your account to ours. To do this, in the left menu click "Configurator" and click "Trade Copier".

Step 13: !! IMPORANT !! Fill out the screen exactly as seen below by selecting the items in the drop-down menu. Of course your name and account should be selected next to "Send To". After you have filled out everything, click "Create Copier".

Step 14: Your account is now connected. To start the trade copy proces, click on the red square stop-symbol. 

IMPORTANT NOTE !! PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO COMPLETE TE INSTALLATION, WITHOUT IT YOUR ACCOUNT IS NOT CONNECTED !!

Step 15: Make sure the Copier Mode is set to "ON" and click "Update"

Step 16: If successful your copier status should look like this (VERY IMPORTANT!)

Step 17: In the left menu click the dashboard-icon to return to the dashboard. If you want to check your live account performance status, click on the right hand side graph-icon next to your personal account.

This concludes the setup of your account and the trade copying setup process. 

Enjoy watching your account grow, but be aware that this system is very high risk. When good profits have been made, be sure to withdraw some of your earnings, locking in profit as your account grows.

Be also aware what it might take two or three times of depositing 100 euro before your account starts to grow. On rare occasions it does happen that a new account gets into drawdown (loss) immediately, and the account has not yet grown enough to cope with the losses, which will result in your account being "blown". This means that you broker will have terminated your open positions automatically when your account balance is no longer sufficient to cope with the losses. This will result in having lost your entire account (100 euro).

If this happens, we advise to wait one week and refund your account with 100 euro once more, after which the system will detect funds have been added and the account is automatically traded again.
